New Administrator Spotlight: Patrick Fogarty

Patrick Fogarty was recently appointed Jericho’s Director of Technology. Patrick has been a technology coordinator and director for nearly a decade and was a teacher for much of the preceding eight years. He has worked for districts including the Diocese of Brooklyn, which is one of the largest private school districts in the United States, and most recently Carle Place School District. Prior to working in education technology, he was a systems engineer for an education technology startup. He received his Master of Arts from Brooklyn College, his Master of Science from Fordham University, and is currently a doctoral student at Johns Hopkins University, where his research focus is elementary and middle school literacy. He is the author of Going One-to-One: iPads and Mobile Devices in Education, and is excited to join the Jericho team and community.
