Jericho Wireless
Jericho has created several wireless networks.
- BYOD- is designed for iPhones, iPads, (Windows laptops will go there once registered).
- BYOD-Chromebook - is designed for any device that does not connect to BYOD.
- Jericho-Guest - is designed for visitors to have a limited internet access -no video streaming.
- Jericho-Wireless - is designed for district owned devices.
Where are Jericho-Public and Jericho-Private?
They still exist, just will no longer be broadcasting, and proxy setting are no long necessary on them.
Jericho-BYOD
Jericho-BYOD-Laptop
BYOD network is designed for employees and students of Jericho to use for their personal devices. 1. Connect to Jericho-BYOD-Laptop to register the device to the network.

2. Open Internet Explorer to login with your network credentials (computer login).
3. After successful login, you must register your device and give a brief description of the particular device. Ex. Joe's laptop.
4. In order to register a device, the device must install an agent (Network Setup Assistant) to configure client wireless settings. *You must allow the Java applet to run.
*The below screenshot may look slightly different depending on the browser.
5. When the below page has been reached, click Start to begin the installation of the agent.
6. There will be a prompt to install a certificate, please click Yes to allow the install.
7. When the below page is reached, you have successfully registered your device for the Jericho-BYOD network.
Jericho-BYOD-Macbooks
This network is for personal Macbooks, Chromebooks, and Windows phones only. Use it if you can not your device on any other BYOD network. 1. Connect to the Jericho-BYOD-Macbook network.

2. Enter credentials. After successfully authenticating with valid login/password, the device can now browse the internet.
Jericho-Guest
Guest network is designed for visitors. It is an open network with no password required. There is limited access on the guest network and no video streaming is permitted on it. There is no encryption on the guest network. 1. Connect to the Jericho-Guest network.

2. Open a web browser of your choice and accept the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. When the below page has been reached, the device now has access to the internet.
Android
Connect to the Jericho-BYOD network. Put in your username for identity and password in (leave other setting as is).
You do not have to put in any payment plan. Press skip.
After successful authentication, please give a brief description of the device and click Register.
During the registration process you must install Network Setup Assistant.
Once Network Setup Assistant is installed, press Start.
After Network Setup Assistant completes the configuration, you will need to configure a screen lock if you do not have one already. After this step, the device will now successfully connect to Jericho-BYOD.
If you prefer not to set a screen pin lock, then follow instructions for the Windows phone.
Windows Phones
This network is for personal Macbooks, Chromebooks, and Windows Phones only. These devices will not work on the Jericho-BYOD network.
1. Connect to the Jericho-BYOD-Macbook network.
2. Enter credentials. After successfully authenticating with valid login/password, the device can now browse the internet.
