Budget Development Process

The budget development process is essential to the operation of our schools and the services we provide. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible with our taxpayers, ensuring they understand how decisions are made and how resources are allocated to support our students and community.

  • Department & School Budget Planning

    • District directors, curriculum associates, and principals develop budget requests.
    • Staff members provide input and recommendations.
